At Muhra, we value your satisfaction and strive to provide the best customer experience possible. We understand that sometimes you may change your mind about a purchase. To ensure a smooth process, please review our detailed policy below.
1. Delivery & Inspection Policy (Egypt Orders)
For orders delivered within Egypt, we offer the option to inspect your items upon arrival.
• Inspection Allowed: You are welcome to open the package and inspect the items while the courier waits.
• "All or Nothing" Rule: We do not accept partial delivery at the door. You must either:
1. Accept the full order and pay the full amount.
2. Reject the full order immediately with the courier.
• Note: If you reject the order at the door, you are only responsible for paying the shipping fees.
• No Partial Rejection: The courier is not authorized to split the order, take back specific pieces, or recalculate the invoice on the spot. If you want to keep only part of the order, you must receive the full package first and then initiate a standard return request (see below).
2. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
If you have received your order and wish to return or exchange items later, the following rules apply:
• Item Condition: Returned items must be in perfect condition, unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
• Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
• Items marked as "Final Sale"
• Intimate wear or specific accessories (unless faulty).
3. How to Request a Return
We have made the process simple. You can choose either method:
• Method A (Self-Serve):
1. Log in to your account from the main menu of our store (top header).
2. Find your order and click "Request Return".
3. We will review your request and issue approval instructions immediately.
• Method B (Email):
1. Email our customer service team at [customers@muhrastore.com].
2. Include your Order Number and the reason for the return.
4. Shipping Costs & Fees
• Egypt Returns: A return shipping fee of 100 EGP will be deducted from your refund to cover the courier pickup cost (unless you arrange to drop it off yourself).
• Defective Items: If you received a damaged or faulty item, we will cover all shipping costs for the replacement or return.
5. Refunds & Exchanges
• Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return at our Cairo facility, we will process your refund to your original payment method (or via e-wallet for COD orders) within 10 business days.
• Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Late Returns: Returns received outside the 14-day period will be issued as an e-Voucher (Store Credit) valid for one year.
• Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item (e.g., for a different size), please request a return for the unwanted item and place a new order for the correct one.
١. المعاينة وقت الاستلام
متاح لعملاء "مهرة" معاينة الطلب أثناء وجود المندوب.
• في حالة عدم الرغبة في استلام الطلب، يمكنك إرجاع الأوردر بالكامل مع المندوب في نفس الوقت، مع الالتزام بدفع مصاريف الشحن فقط.
٢. سياسة عدم تجزئة الطلب
يرجى العلم أنه لا يوجد تجزئة للأوردر أمام المندوب.
• الخيار المتاح هو: إما استلام الطلب بالكامل أو إلغاء الطلب بالكامل.
• لا يمكن للمندوب تسليم قطعة واحدة وترك الباقي، حيث لا يمكن تعديل الفاتورة أثناء التسليم.
٣. الاستبدال والاسترجاع الجزئي
في حالة رغبتك في الاحتفاظ بقطعة وإرجاع قطعة أخرى:
1. يجب استلام الطلب كاملاً ودفع قيمته للمندوب.
2. بعد مغادرة المندوب، يتم التواصل معنا لعمل طلب "استبدال" أو "استرجاع" للقطع غير المرغوب فيها.
3. سيتم إرسال مندوب آخر لإتمام العملية.
4. ملاحظة: تطبق مصاريف شحن إضافية على طلبات الاستبدال والاسترجاع.
